We are located at 557 Fischer Blvd. in Toms River, NJ, between the Hot Tomato Restaurant and Obco's Donut Shop. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Our office hours are Monday 9 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Wednesday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday we book down from 9 a.m. Saturday hours are subject to change during the summer months. If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone at 732-270-6868. Our office facilitates emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help. We provide Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) on request, and we have an MP3 player and headphones for your relaxation. You can also bring your own MP3 player into the operatory if you wish.
Financial & Insurance
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. Emergency patients are required to pay by cash or credit/debit card only.
We participate with many insurance companies: Delta Dental, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, CIGNA, Guardian, MetLife, and United Healthcare to name a few.
We do our best to determine your benefits ahead of time so that at the time of your visit, you do not have to pay the entire bill. You are only responsible for the deductible and co-pay at the time of treatment. As a courtesy for our patients, we will wait for the insurance company's payment after treatment is completed.
Every once in a while, the insurance plan changes after we have processed the benefits, or we get the wrong information from the insurance representative. Insurance companies will notify the patients or insured parties of changes, but they will not notify the provider's office. Therefore, we ask our patients to keep us informed of any changes in their insurance so there are no surprises.
We also accept CareCredit, which is a popular way for patients to secure financing for dental, medical and veterinary bills.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
We offer state-of-the-art handpiece and instrument autoclave sterilization at 250 degrees F. We utilize side delivery instrument trays so that the doctor does not have to reach for instruments over the patient.
